Once logged into your LFMAdmin site, use the “?” in the upper right and select “Manual & Videos”. You will need a Zendesk account in order to view the guide. If you have submitted a support ticket, the system created an account for you already – you can just reset your password. If you do not have a Zendesk account, you can create one when you select the “?” from Admin. If you are still having trouble, please submit a ticket and we’ll help you out right away!
Our live support hours are 6am – 3:30pm PT (9 am – 6:30 pm ET), M-F. To reach our support team during regular live support hours, please call (541)234-8855. Our emergency, after hours support number is (541)782-8536. (Please be sure to submit a ticket during emergency support hours in addition to calling our emergency support number.) If you have a non-emergency question outside our live support hours, please submit a ticket and our team will be in touch the next business day!
Training and onboarding sessions are available to all current LFM customers. We highly recommend these sessions to all new LFM customers in the onboarding process, as well as new staff of longtime LFM customers. Our experienced team takes live questions during the sessions. If these times aren’t convenient, we do offer recorded versions as well.
- Training 1 Seminar: Site Setup
Weekly training session on Tuesdays at 10 am PST (1 pm EST) covering Site Setup of Customers, Periods and Producers. Concludes with a brief overview of Product Setup, which is covered extensively in Training 2
Ideal for: New LFM customers, new staff to longtime customers that want to understand the underlying configuration of pricing, customer types, payment options, etc. - Training 2 Seminar: Products
Weekly training session on Thursdays at 10 am PST (1 pm EST) covering product category setup, producer pricing methods, global product setup, adding products to producers, listing products for sale and creating orders in the system.
Ideal for: New LFM customers, new staff to longtime customers that want to understand how to setup products, list products for sale, work with producers, and enter orders. - Training 3 Seminar: Order Management and Distribution
Weekly training session on Fridays at 10 am PST (1 pm EST) covering the week in LFM – from period start, to listing and managing availability, managing customer orders, generating distribution paperwork, processing payment and basic reporting and accounting.
Ideal for: New LFM customers, new staff to longtime customers that manage orders, distribution, delivery and reports.

Monthly seminar on linking LFM with QuickBooks and a more in-depth examination of accounting and reporting with LFM.

Monthly in-depth seminar on recently added features or changes to help you get the most out of the platform.
Ideal for: Existing LFM customers wanting to maximize the use of the platform and learn how to use newly added features.
We are constantly updating our platform based on customer feedback and industry changes. We offer detailed Release Notes for each update. They can be reviewed in the Announcements section of our Zendesk portal. You will also find a link to Release Notes and other important messages in the header of your LFMAdmin site. We also notify customers of upcoming releases via email – you will be automatically subscribed to our email list if you are a user on our Zendesk portal, but please feel free to Subscribe directly here.
We offer monthly Customer Support Sessions where we review recent updates and new features with LFM. Customer Support Sessions are reserved for current LFM Customers only.
If you’d like to import your database of customers, producers, and/or products to your LFM site, please reach out to us through Support by submitting a ticket here. We’d be glad to assist you in this process!
Your producers and vendors can access our Producer Guide to learn how to manage their accounts, setup products, monitor their sales, and more. The Producer Guide does not require a Zendesk login to access, and we suggest sending this helpful guide to all of your vendors that will be logging into their market accounts.
We offer one on one sessions in the onboarding process to discuss specific questions. We also offer an annual check-in for each LFM customer. Please submit a ticket to schedule your annual check-in.
We offer a variety of modules and packages to meet the needs of your unique market. If you wish to add on a module or update your current package with LFM, please submit a ticket to discuss your options with our Team. We’d be glad to assist you!
